The aim of this initial session is to discuss what led you to me, the life situations that you are currently experiencing and wanting to move through, and how you are feeling. Once we have discussed this, and gone through your intake forms, I will further explain the different modalities I offer, and how they may assist you moving forward.
You will be able to ask any questions, and find out if we are the right fit for each other before booking any further sessions. My hope is that you will come away from the session with a better understanding of my therapy, and how we may be able to work together to get you on the path to a brighter, happier and more meaningful you.
